PodCamp Boston 5

Boston Night Scene
I spent the week end at the Podcamp Boston 5 conference and had a great time.
Sessions covered all kinds of areas. Ebook publishing, time management, social media best practices, and yes, how to make podcasting a full time thing.
The sessions were great but what made the experience unique was the open nature of the event. Sessions were not the typical closed class type of set up.
It was conference policy that you should participate and float in and out as you wished. In other words, it was open door at all times. And if any session didn’t do it for you, then you could set one up on your own and get people to join in.
There were learning pods in alcoves and rooms through out the facility.
That is what made the experience unique. My only regret is that I didn’t take advantage of some of the learning groups as they sprouted up at any given time.
All in all it was a great time with a great group of people.
I have a couple of video reviews so check them out if you want to.

That’s it. Stay with it, stay well and may your travels be prosperous.
