How To Find Your Subscriber List In YouTube

If you have a YouTube channel then you know that it can be frustrating to have the layout change on you without notice.

When that happens, how to find your subscriber list in your YouTube channel becomes an issue.

Well, it happened to me and I took the time to plug away at it and find it.

So I made this video and it shows how you go into your personal homepage and click the subscriber tab in the nav bar.

Simple enough.

But if you’ve been conditioned to go the the left sidebar, click the inbox tab and then select Address book to find the subscriber tab, then doing the simple thing is not so obvious.

So now you can take in the video and all is solved.

As always, don’t forget to “like”, “tweet”, “pin”,”Google+” or “stumble” the post if you find the information helpful. Many thanks for your support.

Alt Tag: How to Set Up An Image Alt Tag

January 31, 2013

I got a request to explain what an alt tag is and how to set one up to optimize your images.

So I made a video and had a transcript made for those of you who prefer the printed word.

Enjoy and be well.

Hey. Claude Pelanne here, Affiliate Starting Line. Welcome. I got a question from somebody who saw a video on my YouTube Channel about images, and wasn’t quite sure how you optimize an image; what an alt tag was. I’m going to do a video about that. Let’s take a look and see what we’re talking about. I’m in the dashboard of one of my Word Press websites, WPTrainer. Let’s go get an image and optimize it, and then we’ll go and see why it’s important to do that.

SEO Friendly URLs -How to Make Them

I just made this video because in addition to setting your permalink default to post name, there is a way to edit your url or permalink in the post and page creation phase.

You’ll find the edit button right under the post or page title box.

That is where you click and then enter the url you want to assign to the post or page.

You should make sure your title is consistent with the permalink url and then you are good to go.

Take a look at the video and see what I mean.

This is a handy tip. I use this feature if I have very similar information to post in and I want to make sure I assign a unique url to differentiate the post or page.

So there you have it.

Don’t forget to “tweet”,”like”,”Pin”, “Google+”, “Stumble” or just get the word out if you find this information helpful. Thank you for your support.

How To Set Up A WordPress Website

September 28, 2012

OK so I know there are a ton of videos on how to set up a wordpress website, but I’m putting together a video ebook down the line and having a new update on how to use cPanel and Fantastico to set up a site seemed in order.

So here it is. This is the latest video I made showing how to take the domain that you pointed from Nameheap and go into the Domain Panel of cPanel and select Addon Domain.

You’ll see how to create an Addon Domain in real time and then go to the Services Panel and click on Fantastico to start the WordPress site set up.

The video takes you though how to fill out the form and create your website. For detail copy you can read on and go through the transcript of the video which follows this short intro.

So there you have it.

If you find the video helpful, please give it a “tweet”, “like”, a “pin”, a “stumbleupon” or even better a “Google+”. That will let your friends who may need the help find this video and website.

Many thanks for your support.

In the meantime, stay well, stay with it and talk soon.
